General Art Requirements

Artwork Specifications

When sending art / image files we recommend sending them as Vector files whenever possible.

Acceptable File formats (vector) :
EPS (vector files), Adobe Illustrator 2020 or older version (text converted to outlines), CorelDraw 2019 or older (converted to curves). Some PDF files work, and PSD (layered) files may be acceptable.  Please submit for evaluation.
Files sent in other than these formats could result in delays and additional charges when processing the orders.

Unacceptable formats (raster):
GIF, JPEG and BMP files are not acceptable formats but they are useful when emailed only as a reference for quoting or to insure elements do not drop out of your artwork.

NOTE: A scanned image or logo placed into Illustrator or CorelDraw and saved as AI, EPS, PDF or CDR is not a true vector art file and is not considered camera ready art. Submitted files that are not true EPS, AI, CDR or PDF formats must be fully recreated. To convert these type of files will incur an art charge.

If you don’t have art, it’s not a problem! We can create custom artwork to fit your specific needs. All artwork must be proofed and approved before we print. When proofing artwork be sure to check all spelling, phone numbers, and addresses.  Once you sign off we are not responsible for any incorrect information you approved.

Regarding Color Matching
When requesting a color match, please specify PMS Colors.  We use the Pantone Solid Coated chart.
